  • If the processing of your personal data was/is done unlawfully, you can request restriction of the data processing instead of deletion of the data.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it in order to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the data processing instead of deletion of the data.
  • If you have a raised an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and our interests. Until such time as it is determined whose interests take precedence, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data is restricted.

Our internet pages use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files and do not cause any damage to your user device. They are either stored temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your user device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after you have left the site. Permanent cookies remain stored on your user device until you delete them yourself or an automatic deletion is carried out by your web browser.

In some cases, cookies from third-party companies may also be stored on your user device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services provided by the third party (e.g. cookies for the processing of payment services).

The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of their services. Insofar as consent for the storage of cookies has been obtained, the storage of the cookies concerned is exclusively based on this consent (Art. 6 (1a) GDPR); the consent can be revoked at any time.

You can adjust your browser settings so that you are informed about the storage of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies in specific cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Insofar as cookies are used by third-party companies or for analysis purposes, we will inform you about this separately within the scope of this privacy statement, and request your consent where applicable.

Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyse the behaviour of website visitors. For this purpose, the website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, session duration, operating systems used and user origin. This data may be combined by Google into a profile that is assigned to the respective user or their user device.

We can also use Google Analytics to record such things as your mouse and scroll movements and clicks. In addition, Google Analytics uses various modelling approaches to complement the datasets it collects, and uses machine learning technologies for data analysis.

Google Analytics uses technologies that enable the recognition of the user for the purpose of analysing user behaviour (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Google about the use of this website is usually transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there.

The use of this analysis tool takes place based on Art. 6 (1f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behaviour, in order to optimise both their website and their advertising. Insofar as the corresponding consent has been obtained (e.g. consent for the storage of cookies), the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1a) GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/.

IP anonymisation

We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This will cause your IP address to be truncated by Google in member states of the European Union or in other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA), before it is transferred to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and then truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information in order to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities, and to provide other services related to website use and internet use to the website operator. The IP address provided by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
